
Healthy living tips – episode 1: stress
Here’s the first of the episodes of the series. It’s a pretty big subject to tackle, and it was difficult to get it down to time, and I still didn’t get to talk about eveything I wanted to! I’ll be going into more depth in this subject in the rest of the series, so if you have a question or comment, please ask! I do believe that stress is one of the main causes of illness in the world at the moment, and that it’s very important to try to reduce your stress in all different ways possible.
