Remember that its a lie when someone tells you that you can lose 50 pounds in 3 month working out at their gym. You can maybe lose 30 pounds of fat and gain 28 pounds of muscle. Im serious. Well actually, that was a bit exaggerated, but yeah. DIETING FTW!!! Actually, I must sound weird talking about this considering I never diet. I do eat healthy but nothing but putting on a few pounds would do me any good right now. **I was joking about asking for donations.
