***READ ME*** Apologies for bad camera quality. Here are tips on how you can conquer your nail biting habit based on my own personal experience. I’ve battled the bad habit for years so here is my advice :) MENTIONED IN THE VIDEO Clear coat/anti-bite polishes (can be found in beauty/drug stores) Nail polish remover (also found in beauty/drug stores) Aesthetically pleasing – a pricey manicure can encourage you to stop gnawing on your fingertips! ALSO Keep your nails short — Regular clipping of your nails, whether you’re growing them out or keeping them neat, is essential for healthy, strong nails. Keep your nails clean — Regularly swabbing them with strengthening nail polish remover and washing them gently with soap is vital to prevent infection, hangnails and simply to keep your nails looking perfect during the growth process. PRODUCTS I USED: Barry M 3-in-1 Crystal Clear Nail Polish: I got mine £2.99 from Superdrug. It acts as a basecoat, topcoat and nail hardener. Cutex Strengthening Nail Polish Remover: This smells wonderful once applied to your nails. It strengthens nails and has a nail whitening formula – plus it works great as a general nail polish remover. I got it at £3 or £4 from Superdrug but it’s well worth the money….
